I had the pleasure of driving down Newgate Lane today, past the entrance to the home of football. I noticed that a new road sign has been put up, pointing the way to Fareham town FC. About time to. Thank you to the relevent authorities for doing this. Now then, we need to lure more people to Cams. But how? When i have been driving around Wimborne over the past couple of years, on match days, there are three large wooden signs stating the fact that Wimborne Town are at home today. One is just off ...
Hayling Game
1-1
Although a disappointing result you can’t fault the effort that both sides put into this contest tonight on a pretty poor pitch. That and the cross wind on this very open ground made playing the ball around  difficult. As far as Fareham Town are concerned just a bit more guile / composure in and around the penalty area or a lucky bounce would have got the result.

The Hayling folk were content with the result at the end but Hayling did have two clear chances in the second half and fe ...

U13 Sundays.
The young boys got back to winning ways today with a brilliant 11-1 victory over Horndean Hawks B to move into the 3rd round of the Portsmouth Cup.

They were dominant from the first minute to the last, and it wasn't until the last kick of the game that Horndean got their goal.

Well done boys.

Wilsher; Warren (Cuthbert 66), Turner, M.Jones, Birmingham; Woodward (Collis 82), Hayes, Chapman, Spurway; Spicer (Austin 70), Lindsey: Cotton, Gundry.
First chance to Town after 6 minutes as Lindsey sent a powerful header just too high.
Chapman then shot narrowly wide before a slip by Turner gave Hardiman a chance but he missed the target.
Spurway did well to cut out a diagonal pass but his header left Wilsher struggling and strong appeals for handling outside the area were turned down.
